For the month July there are a mix of courses and casual classes. The Courses run for 6 weeks and must be pre booked. Casual classes means no booking required. Just turn up and dance.
* our venue has a capacity of 20 dancers, at the moment there is NO online bookings, so to avoid disappointment please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class.
WHAT TO WEAR
At mixtape Studio we encourage people to be themselves. High cut leotards, bright colours, leg warmers, booty shorts are just as welcome as leggings and Full Addis tracksuits
On your feet jazz shoes, runners, heels (for heels class) please no open toe shoes.

80s FIT (casual) 10am SATURDAY 6PM TUESDAYS . 7PM THURSDAYS
Get physical with this totally awesome workout that will get you fit 80′s style. With a combination of cardio dance aerobics and floor-work that would make Jane Fonda proud, 80s Fit will get you rocking that bitchIn' body.
BARRE FIT (casual) 9am SATURDAYS
In a class dedicated to the ballet barre, get toned, strong and flexible with a mix of pilates, resistance band work and graceful ballet exercises. Get ready for big kicks, deep stretches, squats and plies to target all your muscles.
BOOTY FIT (casual) 11am SATURDAYS 7pm TUESDAYS 6pm THURSDAYS
A Beyonce approved bootylicious Dance class that will make you WIND, GRIND, SWEAT, and BURN! Easy to follow dance moves mixed with a butt burning workout. It’s getting HOT IN HERRRE!
SWEAT & TONE (casual)
A full body workout with cardio intervals to get your heart rate pumping , whilst sculpting and toning all muscle groups, working in resistance bands, lightweights and mat pilates, that can be adapted to all levels, with a fun motivating pop classic playlist, that will really make you sweat!
