3 half an hour BOOTY FIT classes (videos are flipped so its the same as when you are doing them in class!)
1 BOOTY BREAKDOWN class - learn some basic booty techniques such as a bum shimmy, twerk, pop and drop and learn to get low when wind and grind.
You will get access to these classes via private Vimeo links. You will receive a password. This will be sent to you via email. The links will not expire and are yours do do as many time as you want for as long as you want.
